AAZION concept demoEMBER — Modern Kitchen

A warmly lit restaurant table with plates ready to be served

Modern kitchen · Foundry Lane

Cooked over fire. Served with intent.

A small kitchen working with what the season gives us — over coals, in cast iron, and without too much fuss.

Our story

A kitchen built around one element.

EMBER started with a grill, a small room on Foundry Lane and a short list of producers we liked. The menu still begins there: what arrived that morning, what the fire does well, what needs nothing more.

The room is dark and warm. The kitchen is open. There are twelve tables, a counter for walk-ins, and a wine list we actually drink.

“Fire, salt, time. Everything else is detail.”
